Temporalis Fascia Graft

$0.00

The temporalis fascia can be harvested as a dural replacement. This graft can be used over exposed brain (where the dura has been removed) and similarly in the spinal cord to protect the neural tissue from overlying muscle (where fibroblasts migrate from). Often used when other grafting material is not available or to save money (it’s free!). In this short video, Sean Sanders describes the technique.
